Credentials Provided For Our Clients

• Copies of Dietetic Registration and Licensure for your consultant provided
  upon contracted service and upon renewal.
• Copy of company liability insurance provided annually, which meets the
  industry requirements and standards.
• Level 1 criminal background screenings prior to contracted service.
• PPD and Hepatitis Vaccination or Waiver Information and required
  Medication Errors Training for your Consultant.
